Below are the terms and conditions you must abide by when commissioning from me. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Pricing & Payment:Prices are listed in EUR (€) and can be paid via PayPal or Vgen.
Payment for all work EXCEPT Character design and SKEB,
will be required after a sketch has been sent and agreed upon as the idea for the final artwork.
SKEB will be upfront, as it's a commission that doesnt require communication.Character design, half of the agreed price will be required at the start of the project. The second half would be expected upon delivery.This is in place to prevent issues or scams and to provide you a safer purchase.Prices marked with a plus sign (+) means that the price mentioned before would be added to the initial piece.Be aware of extra fees, will be listed and talked about

Communication:
Commissions can be discussed via Discord or email.
I strongly prefer Discord, as it is easier to follow the conversation and have quicker feedback.
Discord ID: mrsevillIf you require a specific deadline, please let me know. I can let you know ASAP if I would be able to finish the project in time.
Rush fees will be included.The time needed to create each piece can differ from one project to another. The deadline for your project is something we will talk about once we get in contact.I will most likely be streaming the progress of your piece. If you wish to keep it secret or to keep it anonymous, please let me know.You will receive at least 2-3 updates on the process.
I tend to be vocal to make sure the work is to your liking, so I tend to ask a lot of things during the process to adjust them to your liking.Small adjustments are okay, but asking for major adjustments in later phases will not be allowed. Please let me know if you don't see the vision after the first sketch has been sent.
This is why I require communication during the commission progress, if you don't consent to this, I ask of you to warn me and be cooperative.
I also encourage you to speak up if you have any doubts or questions. I'll gladly answer them.Ideas and references are gratefully appreciated.

Commercial Use and Rights
The artist retains full ownership and copyright of all commissioned work, including the rights for redistribution, uses in advertising, prints, displays, and posts on social media.Once again, if you wish to keep it anonymous and/or a secret, please let me know beforehand.I reserve every right to decline a commission.You may reach out and talk with me about what type of work you'd be interested in.
I will answer you honestly and let you know if I can do this piece or not.If you intend to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, you must inform me during the initial inquiry. Additional charges and terms may apply. I am open to a discussion on the matter.If you intend to post the commissioned artwork on social media, you will receive, as well as your artwork, a watermarked copy.
If it is not mentioned, I will post it instead.Don't forget to credit me as the artist.

Cancellations and Refunds
As mentioned, I reserve every right to decline commissions.
If a commission is declined, the reason will be communicated.In cases of harassment, disrespect, or threats, the artist may cancel the commission and issue a refund without further communication.If the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks without proper communication and valid reasoning.
